Tilio Lagatta, Managing Member

Tilio founded, owned and operated a real estate investment company, which has acquired and repositioned in excess of $100 million of multifamily and commercial assets in California, Nevada, Oklahoma and Virginia. Tilio brings a strong background in corporate finance from high yield bond trading and research as well as corporate finance earned at Jefferies & Company, Inc. In addition, Tilio has experience from the buy side of the capital market from Wilshire Asset Management.

As the current president of the Reno-Tahoe Entrepreneurs Organization chapter and having help previous leadership roles in the Western US, he has a broad reach of experts and resources at his fingertips.

Tilio is an avid cyclist and is very active in the local and broader communities through mentoring, the arts, and Entrepreneur’s Organization leadership.

Thomas Lagatta, Managing Member

Tom has nearly 40 years of real estate investment experience in California, Oklahoma, Nevada, Virginia, and Florida. His investment history and acumen for numbers, make him an invaluable part of the team. Tom has a Bachelor degree in Physics from Loyola Marymount University and DDS degree from UCLA.

Jim Yarmon, Trusted Advisor / Investor

Jim has over 40 years of experience in real estate investments and financing throughout the US and Canada. Jim has been investing with and advising Blackfire Real Estate Investors and more specifically Tilio Lagatta for more than 10 years. During this time, Jim has worked with Blackfire on debt financing, equity capital raises, environmental issues, debt restructurings and workouts. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, a JD from Columbia Law School, and an MBA from Amos Tuck School.
